By downloading, installing, or using StageTools (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
StageTools is a professional lighting toolkit for iPhone and iPad, owned and operated by X0 Lighting Control Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). The Service includes diagnostic and control tools for lighting and broadcast protocols (DMX, sACN, Art-Net, NDI, LTC, and others), drafting tools for lighting plots and network topology maps, a fixture library, and on-set production utilities.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using StageTools, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
StageTools is distributed through Apple's App Store. Your use of the Service is also subject to Apple's Terms of Service and the App Store's standard End User License Agreement. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms control the platform and distribution aspects.
StageTools offers two subscription plans:
A 7-day free trial is offered to new subscribers. No charge is made during the trial period. At the end of the trial, the subscription begins and your Apple ID is charged the applicable subscription fee. The subscription automatically renews at the end of each period at the then-current rate.
You may cancel at any time through your Apple ID's Subscriptions settings on your device. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, except where required by law. All payment processing is handled by Apple. We never see your payment details.
A subset of StageTools functionality is available without a subscription. The free tier and paid tier are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify which tools are included in each tier at any time. Where we make material changes to the free tier, we will note them in the in-app changelog.
You retain all rights to the content you create or store in StageTools, including lighting plots, topology maps, Scout Notes, recordings, and any other data. We do not claim ownership of your content.
All app data is stored locally on your device and, if you enable iCloud Sync, in your personal iCloud account managed by Apple. We do not have access to your content. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and only in a manner consistent with applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to:
